Dallas-based TIER REIT owns office tower Domain 12 at 11700 Alterra Parkway, Austin, which is fully leased and will be completed by the end of 2019. The 320,000-square foot building is adjacent to recently completed Domain 11, which will be occupied by short-term rental company HomeAway.
