The Shops at Tech Ridge will be home to a new Fitness Connection franchise, according to RD Management, owner of the retail center at 12901 N. I-35, Austin. The franchise will occupy a 55,000-square-foot space and could open by the end of 2017.

Houston-based Fitness Connection has more than 30 locations nationwide and offers monthly gym memberships starting at $10, as well as personal training and group exercise classes.
