Acai Alchemy plans to open a restaurant in late March or early April at The Shops at Willow Bend, 2405 Dallas Parkway, Ste. RS2, Plano. The restaurant specializes in healthy acai food bowls inspired by Hawaiian, Brazilian and Californian concepts, as well as smoothies and teas.
