A new brunch-only restaurant, First Watch, will open in place of Egg & I at the two Austin remaining locations at 14005 N. Hwy 183, Ste. 500, Austin and 2701 Parker Road, Ste. 300, Round Rock. The Round Rock location will convert to First Watch on June 6 and the Austin location will change in July. The change will bring a different menu and kind of service. The new menu features items like Quinoa Power Bowls, avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes and juices.
