Roba Katsu & Teriyaki opened April 24 in the H Mart food court, taking the place of eStreet Asian Tacos, which closed April 23. The new restaurant offers Japanese cuisine, including teriyaki dishes and katsu, a comfort food in Japan made with tenderized pork loin battered with panko, which are Japanese bread crumbs, and fried.
