Colton House Hotel, a new three-story, 80-suite luxury hotel from the Inherit Hotel Group, will open at 2510 S. Congress Ave., Austin, in fall 2019.

Named for Colton, a small town 80 miles south of Austin, the property will include a 5,000-square-foot lawn designed around three 80-year-old live oak trees.
