Bolli Bros. Pizza
Since 2002, Houston-born brothers Kevin and Mark Bolli have been baking pizzas at their Mason Road restaurant. The brothers said one of the most popular specialty pizzas is the Hot Wing Pizza, which features homemade hot wing sauce, diced chicken and choice of dressing on the side.In addition to about a dozen specialty pizza options, the restaurant offers a handful of pizza pocket options, oven-baked sandwiches, pastas, salads and appetizers, including cheesesticks, pepperoni rolls and hot or barbecue chicken wings.
The restaurant is also known for its signature custom-made cheesecake selection, including triple chocolate and blueberry.
As a company, Bolli Bros. Pizza has been a member of the Katy ISD Partners in Education program and frequently hosts fundraisers for the program and other area nonprofit organizations. The restaurant also offers catering for parties and after sporting events.
