1. FM 1488 repairs

Texas Department of Transportation crews are repairing and improving the asphalt pavement on FM 1488 from the Waller County line to FM 1774. The project was 98 percent complete as of mid-March.

2. Holderrieth Road extension

This Harris County Precinct 4 project extends Holderrieth Road from Hwy. 249 to Calvert Road as a four-lane concrete boulevard section. Precinct 4 officials said this project will be completed in the second quarter of 2019.

3. FM 2978 widening

TxDOT is working to widen FM 2978 from two to four lanes between Hufsmith-Conroe Road and south of Dry Creek in Magnolia. This is the second phase of the FM 2978 project and was 41 percent complete as of mid-March.
