Commerce St. Clothiers is relocating to 120 W. Main St., Tomball, and changing its name to Covey Apparel and Outdoors, co-owner Jaime Groff said. Groff said she and her husband have run their men’s apparel business on Commerce Street for four years and are relocating to expand what they can offer.
