Montgomery Self Storage acquired two properties in Conroe and Magnolia, the business announced in a June 4 news release. Montgomery Self Storage-Lake Conroe, formerly My Storage Locker Conroe, is located at 14545 Hwy. 105 W., Unit B, Conroe. Montgomery Self Storage-Magnolia, formerly Stuff Hotel Magnolia, is located at 33319 Bear Branch Lane, Magnolia. The two properties have received upgraded surveillance features, bright exterior lighting and new signage. Storage options include climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage units, according to the release.

The Lake Conroe location also features some units with high bay doors and parking for boats and recreational vehicles.

Expansions are also upcoming at Montgomery Self Storage properties, including a multistory, climate-controlled building that is in the engineering stage for the Magnolia location. A third location at 17631 Hwy. 105 E., Conroe, is also slated to break ground on an additional 20,000 square feet of climate-controlled units, according to the release.
