Trout stocking in Burroughs Park

The annual Texas winter tradition of rainbow trout stocking is returning across the state to local bodies of water. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department will give anglers a chance to catch rainbow trout.

Crucible Youth Handbell Festival

The Houston Chamber Ringers is holding a festival for high school handbell musicians. Students grades 9-12 will learn handbell technique, expression and music artistry. Students will rehearse during the day and perform a public concert that evening at 7 p.m.
