March 11-12: Clean up trash

Montgomery County Precinct 2 is hosting a heavy trash cleanup event, at which confidential items can also be shredded. Tires, electronics, batteries and household trash are not permitted, and Precinct 2 residents must show ID.

Tomball’s second annual St. Patrick’s Day Sip and Stroll is taking this weekend, with a variety of downtown businesses set to participate.

Tomball’s 2nd Saturday at The Depot is back, with the movie "The Rise of Gru" set to be shown this weekend. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and snacks. The movie begins at dusk.

Michael Twitty, the son of country singer Conway Twitty, will take the stage at Main Street Crossing for a tribute show about his dad.
