The district, one of seven in the community, will encompass around 1,424 total homesites, according to the news release.

The first phase of Heron Run includes 821 lots—around 490 that will be completed in 2025 and around 331 that will be completed in 2026, according to the news release. Homesites will range from 40-90 feet with at least eight builders for residents to choose from.
What else?
Work also continues on Club Audubon, the community’s $7 million amenity complex that will include amenities such as a covered pavilion, pool, event space, splash pad and playground, according to the news release. Club Audubon is anticipated to be completed around the end of 2025.
