The cost for Club Audubon’s Phase 1 and Phase 2 is over $7 million, according to the news release.
According to the news release, Phase 1 of Club Audubon features:
- A covered pavilion
- A resort-style pool with tanning shelves and cabanas
- A covered gathering yard with access to a food truck lane
- An outdoor and indoor event space with restrooms
- An observation shelter for parents
- A splash pad adjacent to the pool
- A large playground with swings
- Trail connections and additional parking
“The construction of this unique recreational complex is intended to complement and expand the already widespread existing trail and park amenities that make Audubon a special place to live,” said Sam Yager III, vice president of Audubon Magnolia Development, via news release.
