Med Properties will open a five-building business park at 16402 FM 2920, Tomball. Construction will wrap up by mid-2020, said Andraos Elbacha, the director of Med Properties. She said the $10.6 million project is expected to bring approximately 119 new jobs to Tomball. The three facilities span 14,110 square feet in total with about 7,000 square feet reserved for the gas station and convenience store, Spitz said.
