Alford RV Park, a 30-lot RV park located at 19574 Alford Road, Magnolia, opened March 18, Alford RV Park President Nancy Betancourt said via email.

“My husband and I have lived in the Magnolia area for more than 10 years,” Betancourt said. “We noticed the housing market is getting more expensive, and we wanted to offer something more affordable [with] good quality and good service.”

The amenities at the RV park include picnic tables, a barbecue grill and a walking trail with more amenities planned for the near future, Betancourt said.

“Our focus is to make the RV park a good place to call home,” Betancourt said. “It can be for one day, weeks or months. We want our guest to feel welcome, relax[ed], secure and know they are in a good environment.”
