DATA: Vacancies in office, retail and industrial space increased in The Woodlands area in July

Office, retail and industrial vacancies increased in July compared to rates in the third quarter of 2019. Total square footage increased in office and retail, but stayed the same in the industrial sector. Here's a look at trends in July compared to last year in commercial real estate in The Woodlands area.
