1. Kokoro Handroll Bar
Duckstache Hospitality announced its new sushi restaurant Kokoro Handroll Bar opened in The Woodlands Town Center March 10.
According to a news release, guests at the restaurant can interact with the sushi makers as they create nigiri, sashimi, handrolls and crudo. Kokoro originally opened in Houston in 2019 and also has two locations in Dubai. The Woodlands location is the fourth location for the sushi restaurant.

The Capital Grille is now offering options such as dry-aged steak and 350 wine selections. Other menu items include seafood such as shrimp cocktails, lobster and salmon.
Signature dishes include pan-fried calamari with hot cherry peppers; lobster mac and cheese; and lobster and crab cakes. For dessert, The Capital Grille serves items like brûlée style cheesecake and coconut cream pie.

Yard House officials said the sports bar and restaurant opened on Super Bowl Sunday and is serving 90 taps of American craft and imported beers as well as American cuisine.
With 80 dishes on its menu, Yard House serves items including sliders, wings, nachos, pizzas and tacos, according to the website. Aside from craft and imported beer the eatery also offers margaritas, martinis, mules and mocktails.

Pluckers Wing Bar will be opening in Shenandoah. There are currently seven locations in the Houston area, the company said in a letter to the city.
The sports bar specializes in a variety of seasoned wings and large desserts in a bar atmosphere, and it was previously slated to open in 2024, as previously reported by Community Impact.

North Carolina-based chicken restaurant Bojangles is experiencing delays opening its newest location in Spring by the end of March, Bojangles representative Karwan Fendi said. Specializing in Cajun-seasoned fried chicken sandwiches, biscuits and breakfast, Bojangles is planning to open a location on Riley Fuzzel Road.
Fendi said construction was delayed on the new location until April, with a new projected completion date by the end of November.
