The Kimbap is a restaurant serving a variety of Korean delicacies. According to a store employee, kimbap, unlike sushi, does not contain raw fish. Instead kimbap is filled with ingredients such as meat, cheese or kimchi. Kimbap rice is also seasoned with sesame oil instead of sushi vinegar.

The restaurant serves traditional kimbap, which is also known as seaweed Korean rolls, as well as bulgogi, rice bowls, rice cake, fried dumplings and sweet, fish-shaped waffles.
