At an Oct. 21 meeting, Missouri City City Council approved a nearly $2.55 million construction contract with Environmental Allies LLC for the reconstruction of Cave Run Drive from Double Lake Drive to Rimrock Drive, and Valley Manor Drive from Ashmont Drive to Court Road.
The Cave Run Drive project costs $874,410, while the Valley Manor Drive totals $1.67 million, according to agenda documents. The projects are funded by the city’s $85.85 million bond approved in November 2021.
Going forward
Both projects are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2024, with Cave Run Drive anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2025 and the Valley Manor Drive project set to wrap up in the second quarter of 2025, according to agenda documents.
