December 10: Holidays in the Plaza featuring the Travis High School Orchestra and free carriage rides
The community is invited to the plaza for an evening of holiday entertainment from the Travis High School Orchestra. In addition, the event will feature festive and free horse-drawn carriage rides. Dec. 10-11: Campfire Christmas at The George Ranch Historical Park
Campfire Christmas is an event to gather a group for an evening under the and put visitors in a holiday mood. The evening begins with a light, casual ranch hand supper in the Arena, crafts for the kids and other holiday treats. Next, guests will board the hayride tram for a short ride to the campfire site in the park. This part of the event includes a singing cowboy, s’mores by the fire and stars overhead. The final stop of the evening is at the Ranch House of Mamie And A.P.
