From fall festivals to vintage markets, here are eight Sugar Land and Missouri City area events to add to your calendar this September and October. This list is not comprehensive and details are subject to change.
Houston Museum of Natural Science Block Party Exhibit
Designed for kids and families, the Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land’s new exhibit opens on Sept. 11. Different stations allow visitors to build structures and play with a variety of blocks in all shapes and sizes.
Sugar Land Fall Fest
Shop for clothes, shoes and accessories from more than 80 vendors at Sugar Land Town Square.
Missouri City Oktoberfest
Enjoy beer, pretzels, live music and a dachshund race at Oktoberfest. The event at Quail Valley Golf Club will also include contests for Bavarian-inspired outfits and beer stein holding.
Thriller Vintage Market
The annual seasonal celebration at Sugar Land Town Square will feature food, live music and hayrides. The event will also host vendor booths.
St. Angela Merici Fall Festival
Hosted by St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, the event will include games, food, a silent auction and a raffle, plus other fall activities.
Los Tigres del Norte
The band will perform its Grammy-winning work from the regional musical traditions of Mexico.
Movies on the Square: Toy Story 5
Watch the latest Pixar hit in Sugar Land Town Square with complimentary popcorn at The Plaza at Sugar Land Town Square. Nearby restaurants offer deals on dinner for attendees, and guests over the age of 21 can also bring drinks from participating businesses.
Houston Filipino Street Festival
Enjoy a taste of Filipino culture with food, performances and vendors at Constellation Field, hosted by the Filipino Young Professionals of Houston.
