What do you think is the most pressing issue for local residents, and what will you do to address it?
Bringing transparency into City Council decision making and consultation with residents before key decision making is most important. I would increase the engagement with residents at council member level and will ensure that their voice is heard within City Council.
What else can the city do to encourage redevelopment of older city areas?
The city could attract new age businesses such as technology startups by providing technological infrastructure. Also, development of complexes which combine “living, entertainment, sport and working” within walking distance will attract younger population[s] to the city.
