Carmelo’s Mexican Grill, which offers all-day breakfast, burritos and fajitas, plans on expanding its dining space and adding a bar in the future, owner Leticia Sandoval said, although there’s no current timeframe.
The family-owned restaurant has been open for 17 years and is popular in its hometown of Sugar Land, Sandoval said.

Sandoval said it’s been good working with her family at the restaurant, and there’s a good core of employees.
“We have good employees, everything is good,” Sandoval said.
