In a fast-casual setting, the national chain offers various menu items in its cafe, such as salads, bowls, wraps, flatbreads, burgers and smoothies. Manager Nicole Maley said patrons can also pick from rotating grab-and-go items that were made fresh then frozen as well as a weekly meal plan, from which customers can order ahead and pick up to have food for the rest of the week.
The Sugar Land location is owned by local franchisee Don French and his wife, Mary Browning, Maley said.
