Located at 18830 Noble Seven St., Sugar Land, the eatery will offer salads, wraps, soups and breakfasts, as well as cold drinks and cold brew coffees, all in a drive-thru exclusive setup.
"The brand is an industry disruptor, making meals that are not only convenient and affordable, but good for the guest and the local community," said a Salad and Go spokesperson on Jan. 17. "Built on a model of value and efficiency, Salad and Go is able to serve made-to-order meals quickly and at exceptionally low prices with our drive-thru only business model."
Salad and Go was originally slated to come to Sugar Land by Dec. 12, with a construction build-out reported by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to the amount of $300,000.
Salad and Go has locations in Nevada, Oklahoma and Texas.
