Cava, a Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant chain, opened a location in Missouri City.

Located in Fort Bend Town Center Phase II, the restaurant serves rice and grain bowls that customers can customize with proteins such as falafel, harissa honey chicken and spicy lamb meatballs, according to its website.
