Harris County Precinct 4, TxDOT to improve Hwy. 249 corridor between Antoine, Spring Cypress roads

CMAQ 4-Phase 2D will include traffic signal modifications and intersection improvements along the Hwy. 249 frontage road between Antoine and Spring Cypress roads. Construction bids were awarded March 6, and the notice to proceed with construction was issued July 29. Timeline: July 29, 2019-January 2022 Cost: $3.61 million Funding sources: Harris County Precinct 4, TxDOT
