Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will be opening a 165,000-square-foot medical campus in City Place in Spring, according to a Sept. 12 news release, with the first section of the campus slated to open in summer 2023.

Once completed, the City Place campus will house 55 physicians specializing in adult and pediatric primary care as well as various specialties, according to the release.

“This new campus provides northern residents more convenient access to primary and specialty care with enhanced coordination by our clinical and support staff,” said Dr. Tony Lin, chair and CEO of Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, in a statement.

The campus will be located at 2340 N. Grand Parkway, Spring, and the first section to be completed will be a five-story clinic for 30 physician offices. In fall 2023, an ambulatory surgery center will open with operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and an interventional pain management and interventional radiology services procedure room.

Services offered at the new campus will include cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, general surgery, hematology/oncology, neurology, optometry, diagnostic imaging services and an on-site pharmacy. A cancer center will also be located on campus, though an opening date had not been announced as of press time.

A cost for this project has not yet been announced.

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic was founded in 1949 and has 31 locations across the Greater Houston area, according to the release.
