Aug. 1 marked the five-year anniversary since Fu Manchung first opened its doors—a milestone Co-owner Paul Huynh said was possible thanks to the Vietnamese fusion restaurant’s loyal patrons.

“Community support is key and crucial to the survival or thriving of a small family-owned business,” Huynh said via a Sept. 15 email. “We are truly grateful for the Spring/Woodlands community.”

Located at 3416 FM 2920, Ste. 210, Spring, Fu Manchung serves Vietnamese dishes with “a hint of Thai and American” inspiration, according to the business’ website. The menu includes pho soups, macaroni and cheese egg rolls, fried rice, stir fry, ramen, curried chicken and drinks, such as milk teas, fruit smoothies and Vietnamese iced coffee. The restaurant opened in 2017 and is operated by Huynh along with Co-owner and Chef Taylor Chung. 832-791-5873. www.fumanchung.com
