A trampoline park is set to open on Holzwarth Road in time for spring break in early 2017. The Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park at 20100 Holzwarth Road, Ste. A, Spring, will be the second location for the national franchise in the Greater Houston area. An Urban Air park opened in Humble in August, and parks are also planned in Cypress and Sugar Land, said Eric Alstrin, owner of the Humble and Spring locations. The park offers wall-to-wall trampolines and trampoline-based games, a foam pit and a ropes course for all ages and fitness levels. The park will host birthday parties, corporate and church events. “We felt like the Houston market could benefit from more safe, fun family entertainment options,” Alstrin said. The slated location is near a movie theater and gymnastics facility and is near Spring High School on the opposite side of I-45. Urban Air parks are geared toward ages 6-12 but open to all ages, Alstrin said. The Holzwarth Road location will initially have 10 attractions, including trampoline-based dodge ball, a basketball slam-dunk game, a rock-climbing wall and a 150-foot zip-line designed like an indoor roller coaster. An indoor sky-diving attraction will be added at a later date, he said. Ticket prices range from $10-$25 depending on the attractions used. Alstrin said the facility will bring 50 year-round jobs to the area.
