Homebuyers can now search for a house in two new residential developments in the southwest quadrant of the Katy area. Westlake, by Meritage Homes, and the Reserve at Katy, by Toll Brothers, both offer luxury homes and are offering pre-construction sales.

Westlake's main office is at 3615 Bonnie Bend Lane, and the development spans more than 100 acres at Greenbusch and Gaston roads. Home prices start in the low $300,000s with two home collections ranging from 2,792 square feet to 4,052 square feet.

The Reserve at Katy's main office is at 2111 Manor Creek Lane, and the community's creation is accompanied by the extension of Spring Green Boulevard to FM 1463 for easier access. Buyers can choose from 13 home designs which start in the $400,000s.
