High Street Residential officials confirmed the completion dates of two multifamily projects in the Kingwood area, according to a March 26 news release from the development company.
Project: The Residences at Kingwood consists of 240 apartment homes and 49 townhomes. Amenities include a clubhouse, a fitness center, a resort-style pool, outdoor recreational areas and dog-friendly facilities.
Update: The first move-ins are anticipated for this spring, with construction still in progress.
