Monarch Health & Wellness Boutique is set to host a soft opening July 8 at 1414 Northpark Drive, Ste. H, Kingwood, in the Centre at Northpark shopping center. Owner Rachel Kay said the healthy living boutique will sell chemical- and preservative-free groceries as well as eco-friendly beauty products and household goods.
