After more than one year of construction, the exterior of La Marketa de Porter is now complete, and interior build-outs for shopping center tenants are underway, according to a Nov. 9 email from developer American Realty Group. The interior construction for Ostioneria Michoacán Seafood Restaurant, Teloloapan grocery store and multiple laundromat tenants is slated to be finished in early February. Construction on the 36,000-square-foot shopping center began in July 2022.
