Republican incumbent John Culberson won District 7 Representative with 56.19 percent, or 143, 369 votes. Democratic challenger James Cargas had 43.81 percent, or 111,774 votes.

With 105 of 152 precincts reporting, Republican incumbent John Culberson leads Democratic candidate James Cargas for U.S. Representative for District 7. Culbereson has 56.99 percent, or 133,910 votes, while Cargas has 43.01 percent or 101,065 votes.

With 72 of 152 precincts reporting, Republican incumbent John Culberson leads Democratic candidate James Cargas for U.S. representative for District 7. Culbereson has 56.94 percent, or 125,179 votes while James Cargas for has 43.06 percent or 94,667 votes.


Incumbent Culberson leads Cargas for U.S. Rep. District 7 position in early voting


According to Harris County early voting results, Republican incumbent John Culberson is leading with 55.35 percent, or 92,576 votes, while Democratic candidate James Cargas has 44.65 percent, or 74,687 votes.
