PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is bringing the “soul and unique experience” of its original location on Maple Street to Katy.

The coffee shop is set to open at 2533 W. Grand Parkway N., Katy, in the Shoppes at Grand Morton this October. Its menu includes espresso-based drinks, pastries—such as beignets and muffins baked fresh daily—and lunch items.

The coffee shop’s arabica beans originate from 14 sources, including Ethiopia, Nicaragua, Sumatra, Colombia and Papua New Guinea.

During the opening week, PJ’s Coffee will offer customers a free beignet with any purchase on opening day; 10% off for all teachers, students, veterans and first responders all week; and a free upsize for beverages. www.pjscoffee.com
