Breakfast and brunch cafe First Watch has set the opening date for its new Fulshear location to Dec. 11.

Located near Maple Street Biscuit Co., the restaurant promotes a seasonal menu to serve the freshest ingredients.

Its winter menu highlights flavors reminiscent of the holidays—including gingerbread spice doughnuts; cinnamon chip pancakes; and a citrus hibiscus punch made with tea, cranberry, orange, pineapple, lemon and ginger with a cinnamon-spiced sugar rim.
