Project officials completed work in June on the first of a three part renovation at The HeightsMed, a 120,000-square-foot medical building in the Heights.

Phase I of the project included unveiling of a new lobby on levels three and four, new common areas and refreshed corridors. According to Zachary Wolf, principal of Wolf Capital Partners, the vision for the redevelopment was inspired by the Heights neighborhood's rich history.

“Our goal is to improve the patient experience by providing a boutique wellness ambiance in proximity to Heights’ residents, creating a walkable health care solution for many,” he said.

Phases II and III of the project, which started in April, will include adding a vibrant streetscape, overhaul of the exterior facade, new arrival experience, covered patient drop-off areas, new vehicle access, an outdoor patio with seating areas and two additional interior floor renovations.

Construction is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2024.
