Hopdoddy Burger Bar[/caption]
Hopdoddy Burger Bar, which opened in April in Vintage Park, may be known for its innovative burger menu, but the eatery opened with a variety of signature cocktails as well.
Among them is the Hey, Neighbor! cocktail, a bloody mary made with beet and tomato juices, choice of vodka or gin, a spicy house blend and a black lava salt rim and garnished with a pickled beet. The drink costs $8.
Hopdoddy Brand Manager Erin Fohn said the drink offers a unique twist on a time-honored classic.
“It’s all the things you want the morning after a long night,” she said. “The vegetable juices give it a nice velvety texture.”
Other cocktails include several house margaritas, a house sangria and the Mighty Mule, Hopdoddy’s take on the Moscow Mule made with Maine Root Ginger Brew. The venue also offers a selection of craft beer, wine, teas and soft drinks.
