Caldwell Companies recently broke ground on a new development at Hwy. 290 and FM 1960. Cypress Crossing will consist of two retail centers totaling nearly 20,000 square feet.

Construction on the property is slated to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2017, and retailers will begin opening in early 2018, said Jennifer Symons, vice president of marketing.

Symons said Cypress Crossing will offer hotel, restaurant, retail, pad sites and office space in the heart of Northwest Houston.

“We recently closed on a transaction with a major medical user for this site and have other users that will soon join the mix at Cypress Crossing,” Symons said. “We are in discussions with major national and regional retailers to be part of Caldwell’s latest retail development. Leasing for Cypress Crossing is currently underway.”
