Boutwell Properties. The 77095 ZIP code was the only one to see no change year over year, while all other ZIP codes saw fewer homes sold year over year.
The median home price of homes sold this July increased in five of the seven local ZIP codes year over year.
Homes spent an average of about 40 days on the market this July, up from 34 last July.
