Harris County precincts 3 and 4 are moving forward on a project to widen Cypress Rosehill Road from two to four lanes from the Grand Parkway to Decker Prairie Road. Construction is underway on the Precinct 3 portion, which runs from the Grand Parkway to Seidel Cemetery Road. The Precinct 4 project—from Seidel Cemetery to Decker Prairie roads—is in the design phase and could be sent out for construction bids in the second quarter of 2018.
