Proceeds from the Superintendent’s Fun Run benefit the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation, which awards student scholarships and staff development grants to the CFISD community.
In a letter to the community, CFISD Superintendent Doug Killian said the event has raised more than $1 million in the past 10 years.
The school district didn’t host the Superintendent’s Fun Run in 2024, as Killian was settling into his role.
