The townhomes will be three stories and range from 1,020 to 1,390 square feet, with one- and two-bedroom floor plans available, according to the release.

Pre-leasing is set to begin mid-2026 and rental rates have not been announced, per the release. Amenities at the community include:

- A game room
- A dog park
"This development meets growing demand for flexible luxury housing options in Houston's suburban markets," Richard Owen, principal of Ascendant Development, said via the release.
