CenterPoint Energy representatives plan to share information and answer questions about an upcoming electric grid resiliency project in Jersey Village during a Town Hall meeting slated for November, City Manager Austin Bleess confirmed.

Residents will be able to ask questions and learn more about the upcoming work, as well as what specific changes are coming to the energy infrastructure. According to the Town Hall meeting announcement, the proposed project is expected to bring city-wide replacements of:
Utility poles
Power lines
Equipment
The Jersey Village Town Hall meeting originally planned for Sept. 17 at the Civic Center Auditorium at 16327 Lakeview Drive, Jersey Village is now scheduled for November.
