Sept. 11: First day of school for CFISD


After being delayed by Hurricane Harvey and the subsequent flooding and damage, CFISD schools will begin the Fall semester today. Students at Moore Elementary School are attending class temporarily at the former Matzke Elementary School on Jones Road as the district works to restore Moore following Harvey. Read more here

The League of Women Voters in Cy-Fair will recap the 2017 legislative sessions with Rep. Kevin Roberts, state representative for District 126. LuLaRoe Fashion Mamas are opening four houses and 10 retailers with fashion items and clothing for shoppers to view, try on and purchase.
