Panda Express, a fast-casual Chinese restaurant chain, has submitted plans for a location next to the new Starbucks in Montgomery, according to city documents. The Starbucks is located at 20219 Eva St.

City Administrator Richard Tramm confirmed Panda Express had submitted the plans, which are being reviewed, but he did not have a timeline on when plans may move forward.
