Ridgeland Hills, a 127-lot residential community spearheaded by Legend Homes and Academy Development, is coming soon to Willis, according to an April 22 news release.
In a nutshell
Located west of I-45, the community will feature 127 lots with 36- and 40-foot-wide homesites starting in the $227,000s, according to the news release. The community’s amenities will include a covered pavilion with a firepit, a community boardwalk, a fishing pier, a resort-style pool and a playground.
