KB Home announced Sagecrest, a new residential community located at 4744 Sprout Creek Court in Conroe, is now open, according to a June 10 news release.
About the project
The houses, which start from the $230,000s, will include kitchens, bedroom suites and walk-in closets, according to the news release. Sagecrest will feature one- and two-story floor plans with up to five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

Brett Dietz, president of KB Home’s Houston division, said the community is zoned for Willis ISD and offers a convenient location for shopping, dining and outdoor recreation in the area.
“We are pleased to offer homebuyers in the Houston area spacious new one- and two-story homes in desirable Conroe,” Dietz said via news release.
